- Armstrong's Update on Joe
Wednesday, June 24
Ken and BJ are at the airport and will be flying to Jarkada in about an hour with Joe. His spleen is very swollen and althought his lungs seem better he is still throwing up and now the spleen is enlarged. He is one sick little boy althought he is stable. A missionary couple has moved in to the house with the kids to help there. They wanted to send Joe to Singapore. Pray they will not have to because they will have to get new visas.
Thursday, June 25
The doctors thinks Joe has a parasites. They will be running test today (our night). If it is one of the common ones they will be able to treat it. Please pray that they will find the problem quickly and be able to treat it. - JULY 4TH DINNER ON GROUNDS DAY
Next Sunday, July 5th
We will be having Dinner On the Grounds, so plan on bringing your favorite picnic foods to share and enjoy the fellowship (the meat will be furnished) We will have combined morning services at 10:45am after the 9:30am Sunday School, and a short program after the dinner. There will be NO Evening Service or choir practice that night. - Quarterly Business Meeting

For grades 6 - 12: there will be 3 nights filled with infectious fun, live worship, special speakers & lots of food. Friday will be a trip to Busch Gardens – Cost TBA
